Our surveys are carried out by Jamie, a plumber and gas engineer with 25 years experience in the construction industry. Jamie has worked on commercial, residential and listed building projects and has an extensive knowledge of all things plumbing and heating.


Detailed Survey

We will visit your home to carry out a detailed and thorough survey. Our surveys include but are not limited to:

  • Location and capacity of existing pipework and waste pipe
  • Boiler and heating sytem capacity
  • Water supply capability
  • Layout and any restrictions thereof
